BPC, the oil and gas exploration company with licences in The Bahamas, announces that it has today been notified by Edgewater Estates Limited ("Edgewater") that, following market sales ending on 5 October 2009, Edgewater no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
