Update on Court Process in The Bahamas
Further to BPC's previous announcements in relation to the Court process in the Bahamas, on 1 March 2021 the Honourable Justice Petra Hanna-Weekes allowed the Company's application and ordered the Applicants to post $200,000 security for costs within 30 days, pending which the proceedings will be stayed.
The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
