AGM STATEMENT


At the Annual General Meeting of Chamberlin & Hill PLC today, Chairman Tom Brown
will issue the following update on trading:

'The first quarter of the financial year has seen higher levels of sales and
improved trading results when compared to the same period last year. Russell
Castings, acquired on 2 April 2004, is operating at the upper end of our
expectations. Overall, we remain confident for the year as a whole'
