AGM STATEMENT



At today's AGM, Tom Brown, Chairman of Chamberlin & Hill plc made the following
comment:


'While the directors are currently anticipating a full year result broadly in
line with expectations, it is likely that cost increases suffered in recent
months will mean a lower first half result.'


The Board is also pleased to confirm that, as planned, Tim Hair succeeded Barrie
Williams as Chief Executive at the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting,
at which all resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 15 June 2006 were
duly passed by shareholders.
