Director Appointment

The Board of Chamberlin & Hill PLC wish to announce that Mr Adam Vicary is
appointed an Executive Director of the Company with effect from today.

Aged 31, Mr Vicary joined Chamberlin & Hill in 1988 and has been Managing
Director of  Ductile Castings Ltd for the last 18 months. This appointment
will strengthen the manufacturing expertise available to the Board.

There are no disclosures to be made for Mr Vicary pursuant to Listing Rule
16.4.
