Appointment of Finance Director
Chamberlin, the specialist castings and engineering group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Joseph Davies (aged 50 years) to the Board as Finance Director, with effect from 10 December 2018. He succeeds David Roberts who will be completing a smooth handover with Neil before stepping down from the Board and the Company at the end of the calendar year for a new position.
Neil has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles within high volume manufacturing. He joins Chamberlin from International Automotive Components Group, the international supplier of interior systems and components to the global automotive sector, where he was Finance Director for six years. Prior to that, he was UK Finance Director of MANN+HUMMEL Holding GmbH, the German manufacturing group. In his earlier career, Neil worked in the petro-chemical sector, most notably for Shell, Air Products and Invensys. Neil, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, will also assume the role of Company Secretary.
The Board takes this opportunity to thank David for his significant contribution to Chamberlin during his time as Finance Director and wishes him well in his new venture.
