Director/PDMR Shareholding

Chamberlin was notified on 14 June 2010 that on 14 June 2010, Adam Vicary, formerly an Executive Director of the Board, who is retaining his position as Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary, Chamberlin & Hill Castings Ltd, until his departure in September 2010, has purchased 5,000 new Ordinary 25p Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 74p. 

Mr Vicary's resultant shareholding following this transaction is 20,000 shares, representing approximately 0.269% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
