Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that on 21 July 2023, Trevor Brown, Executive Director, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.99 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Brown beneficially holds 35,421,915 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 25.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
