Executive, that he today purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 200 pence each.

Following this purchase, Mr. Hair's beneficial interest in the share capital of
the Company is 3,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent.
