Nick Kuenssberg retirement
As previously announced in the Company's interim results on 23 November 2006,
Nick Kuenssberg retires from the board on 31 December 2006.
Nick has made a major contribution over more than 7 years service with the
Company as director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent
Director and we are grateful to him for this. He will continue as Chairman of
the Pension Trustees.
Following Nick's departure, Keith Jackson will become Chairman of the Audit
Committee and Senior Independent Director.
The Board expects to announce the appointment of a further Non-Executive
Director to succeed Nick in early 2007.
