Appointment of Chief Executive designate
Chamberlin & Hill plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the appointment of
a Chief Executive designate to succeed Barrie Williams.
Tim Melville Hair, aged 46, is presently Managing Director of Sterling
Hydraulics Limited, a subsidiary of Parker Hannifin. He has wide ranging
experience in engineering businesses and an outstanding record of delivering
increased shareholder value through operational performance.
Tim will be appointed a Director with effect from 1 June 2006. He is expected to
succeed Barrie after the Company's AGM on 28 July, prior to Barrie's retirement
in September 2006, in accordance with the terms of his contract.
There are no further details required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of
the Listing Rules or Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R.
