                            Holdings in the Company

The Company was notified on 9 June 2004 by Valtidone S.p.A. ('Valtidone') that,
following a sale of 300,000 ordinary shares of 5 p each in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares'), Valtidone now has a notifiable interest of
7,200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 13.67 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
