Holding in Company

The Company has been informed on 29 April 2009 that 3i Group plc (directly) and 3i Investments plc (indirectly) has acquired 11,525,898 ordinary shares of the Company from 3i Quoted Private Equity Plc (3iQPE').

As a result of this change, 3i Group plc (directly) and 3i Investments plc (indirectly) now hold approximately 27.79% of the current total voting rights of the Company of 41,477,481 ordinary shares (which excludes the 4,019,456 ordinary shares that the Company holds in treasury).

3iQPE now no longer has an interest in the shares of the Company.
