Official List Notice





The Company announces that it has made available to the public for inspection at
the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority, 25 The North
Colonnade, Canary Wharf London E14 5HS copies of the listing particulars issued
by the Company on 17 February 2004.



The listing particulars have been issued following the conversion by Valtidone
SpA, as announced on 3 December 2003, of the remainder of its rights of
conversion in respect of the outstanding £3,000,000 (nominal) of convertible
loan note at a conversion price of 40p per share. It is expected that the
7,500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company issued as a result of the
conversion will be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
to the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities on 23 February 2004.
