Having noted the recent rise in the Group's share price, it is believed that
this rise may be a direct result of speculation by certain investors that the
Group is involved with products associated with Harry Potter licenses.

Whilst Character Games Limited, a member of the Group, does produce a range of
Harry Potter gift products as previously reported, it should be noted that the
Group is not involved with any Harry Potter toy licenses.
