The Cyberman Voice Changer Helmet is part of the award winning Doctor Who range that has achieved unprecedented success developed in association with BBC Worldwide. As master toy licensee, Character Group celebrated a phenomenal year in 2006 with over 1.7 million Doctor Who action figures sold. These action figures continue to be part of the extensive range, all of which were designed and developed in-house by Character Group.
