The Cyberman Voice Changer Helmet is part of the award winning Doctor Who range that has achieved unprecedented success developed in association with BBC Worldwide. Richard King, Chairman, Character Group said: 'We're delighted to receive this award, which is testament to the strength of the Doctor Who brand and recognises our efforts in making sure the quality of the toys match the success of the BBC TV series.' As master toy licensee, Character Group celebrated a phenomenal year in 2006 with over 1.7 million Doctor Who action figures sold. These action figures continue to be part of the extensive range, all of which were designed and developed in-house by Character Group.
