Change of Name

Further to the announcement on 3 September 2019, Elektron Technology plc is pleased to announce, that it has received the change of name certificate from Companies House and accordingly it has changed its name to Checkit plc.

With effect from 8:00am on 4 October 2019, trading will commence under the Company's new name and new ticker, 'CKT'. The ISIN and SEDOL codes remain unchanged.

The new website will also be available from 4 October 2019 at www.checkit.net.

Additionally, Next Control Systems Limited which was acquired in May 2019 will change its name to Checkit UK Limited.

The change of name reflects the fundamental transformation of the Group, from an electronics manufacturer to a SaaS (software as a service) company focussed on the fast growing field of real-time operations management.
