Re-arrangement of director's shareholdings
The Board of Elektron Plc (the 'Company' or 'Elektron') announces that it was
informed on 8 August 2005 that on the same day Keith Daley, Director, purchased
990,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') from Specialist Holdings Limited at a price of 13.5p. The Ordinary
Shares will continue to be registered in the name of Specialist Holdings Limited
as nominee. Specialist Holdings Limited is wholly owned by Keith Daley.
Following this transaction Keith Daley continues to be interested in 2,360,000
Ordinary Shares (representing 2.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company). Keith Daley's interest is held as follows:
- Personal holding: 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares;
- Specialist Holdings Limited Pension Plan 3: 1,350,000 Ordinary Shares; and
- Specialist Holdings Limited: 10,000 Ordinary Shares.
