The Company has been informed by a letter, received yesterday, that following
the placing of further ordinary shares in the Company, National Westminster
Bank plc is now the beneficial holder of 6,303,943 ordinary shares in the
Company which represents 12.11% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
