Bulgin, following a purchase of 250,000 ordinary 5p shares on 11 July 2002 and a
purchase of 250,000 ordinary 5p shares on 25 July 2002, that he is now
interested in 2,034,875 ordinary 5p shares which represents 3.91% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
