The Company was yesterday informed that Specialist Holdings Limited, following a
share disposal, was interested in 1,600,000 ordinary shares which represented
3.1% of the issued ordinary share capital.



The Company was also today informed that Specialist Holdings Limited, following
a share disposal, is now interested in less than 3% of the issued ordinary share
capital.



MR RICHARD BULGIN



The Company was yesterday informed by Mr Richard Bulgin that following a
purchase of 187,500 shares, Mr Bulgin and his wife are now interested in
2,186,119 5p ordinary shares representing 4.20% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
