The Company has been informed by letter, dated 5 September 2002, that Mr Ronald
Arthur Bulgin, following a purchase of 50,000 ordinary 5p shares on 3 September
2002 at a price of 5.25 pence per share, that he is now interested in 2,084,875
ordinary 5p shares which represents 4.00% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
