At the Annual General Meeting of Bulgin PLC, held on 15 August 2001, all the
resolutions were duly passed. These included a Special Resolution to change the
name of the Company to Elektron PLC. The name change will take effect upon the
issue by the Registrar of Companies of the Certificate of Incorporation on
Change of Name.
