Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 29^th February 2016 that as part of David Horner's pension planning his pension fund has sold; on 25^th February 61,000 shares at 49p, and 115,000 shares at 49.5p.

Mr Horner has acquired directly 115,000 shares at 49.53p and Mr Horner's ISA has acquired 30,500 shares at 49.05p.  Mrs M Horner, David Horner's wife's, ISA has acquired 30,500 shares at 49.05p

As a result there is consequently no change to Mr Horner the total direct or indirect disclosable holding.
