Director's Shareholding

In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was  notified on 18 April 2007 that on 18
April 2007, David John Price, a Director of the Company, had transferred 36,500 
ordinary shares of 5p each (0.1% of the issued share capital) at nil
consideration to his spouse. As a result of the  transaction, Mr Price and his
connected persons are collectively interested in 72,900 shares in the Company 
representing 0.2% if the issued share capital.
