RELEASE OF ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM
Chesnara plc (CSN.L) today announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BT on Tuesday 16th May at 11:00am. In connection with this, the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting, are being posted and/or made available to shareholders today.
We are pleased to be able to invite members to attend the AGM but the Company continues to strongly encourage shareholders to vote electronically. Shareholders may also wish to submit questions in advance via e-mail to info@chesnara.co.uk . We will endeavour to respond to questions raised directly, or by publishing responses on our website.
The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2022 were announced on 30th March 2023. This announcement contained a management report, a condensed set of financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and responsibility statements in compliance with DTR6.3.5R.
Copies of the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM may be viewed in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.chesnara.co.uk .
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
