Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, is pleased to announce that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Board has agreed to grant options over 100,000 Christie Group ordinary shares of 2p each (the "Options") to the following Executive Director:

The Options are issued as Unapproved Share Options under the Christie Group plc 2007 Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") and as part of a Long Term Incentive Plan for Mr Harding. The Options will vest on or after 15 May 2017 subject to satisfaction of the performance conditions contained within the terms of the CSOP. The exercise price of 134.5pence per ordinary share represents the closing mid market price of Christie Group ordinary shares on 14 May 2014, being the date prior to grant.
Following grant of the Options, Mr Harding has options over a total of 225,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. In addition, Mr Harding has a beneficial holding of 212,870 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.8% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
