The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 26 September 2024, it has repurchased the following number of its ordinary shares through Panmure Liberum.

All Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 18,416,278 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares is 576,734,136. 

 

The above figure of 576,734,136 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
