Board Change
Churchill China plc announces that Ralph Grundy has today resigned from the
Board.
The Board is highly appreciative of the work Ralph has carried out since joining
the Group in 1998 and his contribution to the success and growth of the
Hospitality business. Most notably, he has led the process of development and
introduction of a number of major new products including the Alchemy range.
It is not intended that there will be any further immediate changes within the
Group's senior management. The Board is confident that Churchill has established
a strong management team with the necessary blend of experience, drive and
talent to implement our existing strategy and to develop and introduce a number
of new business initiatives.
