Churchill China plc (the "Company") (AIM:CHH), the manufacturer and global distributor of ceramic tableware and household products to hospitality and retail markets, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, together with Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Marlborough Pottery, High Street, Sandyford, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent on Wednesday 16 May, 2012 at 11.30am.
