Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 3 July 2008 it purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 250 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares will be held in Treasury.

As a result of this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 10,894,476 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 53,400 treasury shares.
