Challenger Acquisitions Limited (LSE: CHAL), a leader in the Giant Observation Wheel industry announces that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting and related Form of Proxy ("Notice") together with the Annual Report, containing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, have been distributed to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00 p.m. local time on Monday, 16 May 2016 at The Duke of Richmond Hotel, Cambridge Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1UY.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Notice is available on the Company's website at: www.challengeracquisitions.com and an electronic version has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
