WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the live data company, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is available on the Company website at https://www.wandisco.com/investors in accordance with AIM rule 20. The Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders next week in which notice is given that the eighth Annual General Meeting of WANdisco plc will be held at the UK Company's offices, Castle House, 1-13 Angel Street, Sheffield S3 8LN, on 29 July 2020 at 10am.
