Mr. Erik Miller, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a director, advised WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND, the "Company" or "WANdisco"), the Live Data company, has sold 27,124 shares at a price of £6.20 per share. Following the sale, Mr. Miller has options over 834,496 shares and 51,791 Restricted Stock Units.
