                                Issue of Options





The Directors of Copper Resources Corp ('CRC'), excluding Mr Alland, announce
that on 28 September, 2005 Mr Mitch Alland, Vice Chairman, was granted options
to subscribe for 100,000 common shares in the company at a striking price of
41.75p being the mid market price at the time of grant.  The options are
exercisable at time   up to and including 28 September 2010.
