                                Issue of Options

The Directors of CRC, other than Sir Sam Jonah the newly appointed Chairman,
have agreed to grant options to subscribe for 150,000 Common Shares in the
Company to Sir Sam Jonah at an exercise price of 58.2p per Common Share,
exercisable at any time up to and including 23 May 2010.

The exercise price has been calculated by reference to the average of the
closing prices, as set out in the Official List of the London Stock Exchange
plc, from the date of Admission to 24 May 2005.
