ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of Company Secretary and Change of Registered Office
Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (Hydropolis) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. David Clive Litton as Company Secretary with immediate
effect.
Mr. Litton is the Managing Director of Devonshire Corporate Services Limited,
which is a regulated company in the Isle of Man to provide corporate
administration and trustee services. Mr. Litton is an Associate of the Institute
of Bankers and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Hydropolis has also today changed its registered office to 15 St Georges Street,
Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AJ.
Mr. Andrew Baker has today resigned as Company Secretary. The Board wishes to
thank Mr. Baker for his assistance.
Save as disclosed, there is no other relevant information required under the AIM
Rules.
