                            Changes in Shareholdings



Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the Company) reports that The Hydropolis Group
LLC (HYG), a New York-registered limited liability company, has advised the
Company that it has distributed to certain of its members for no consideration
2,332,500 Ordinary Shares representing 2.87% as of November 30, 2006.  As a
result of the divestment, no member of HYG or any related shareholders own more
than 3.00% in the total share capital of the Company, and therefore save as
disclosed, there is no other relevant information required under AIM Rules.
