                Further to the announcement made 26th March 2008


Further to the issue of equity announcement released on the 26th March 2008, 
the board of Crescent announces that there is currently a dispute regarding the 
€195,000 investment from Cosmos Properties. Application for the remaining 
6,500,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM has not been made.

A further announcement will be made as soon as the dispute has been settled.
