Middle East Projects Update
Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (the 'Company') announces that it continues to
work with Shaikh Fawaz Al Khalifa to secure land rights and project rights in
Middle East countries, including the United Arab Emirates, but remains in
negotiation with Shaikh Fawaz over the terms of any continuation of existing
contractual obligations under the Memorandum of Understanding which was first
announced to shareholders on 27 February 2007. The Company continues to pursue
land acquisition rights and project rights specifically in the United Arab
Emirates. A further announcement will be made if any material new contract is
signed.
