would like to notify the market of the following:


Crescent Hydropolis Resorts plc's share capital consists of 82,203,631 ordinary
shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in
Crescent Hydropolis Resorts plc is 82,203,631.


The above figure 82,203,631 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crescent Hydropolis Resorts
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
