The Board of The City of London Investment Trust plc announces that:
A first interim dividend of 4.75p per Ordinary Share of 25p, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2021 will be paid on 30 November 2020 to holders registered at the close of business on 30 October 2020. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 29 October 2020.
