BOARD CHANGES

As of 1 July 2016 Rian Dartnell will be resigning from the Board in order to focus on his recent appointment as CEO of SHL Capital. The Board expresses its appreciation for his contribution over the last five years - his experience and advice will be greatly missed.

Rian commented "It has been an honour and a pleasure to serve with such an able Board, overseeing an exceptional team and process at City of London. I will miss my time with my colleagues. I am confident the firm remains in strong hands and anticipate continued success at City of London."

As of the same date, 1 July 2016, the Board is pleased to announce that Mark Driver will be joining the Board. Mark has a background in investment management as a founding partner of Horseman Capital Management and co-manager of the Horseman Global Fund. Prior to that he covered the Asian stock markets for over fifteen years with Crosby Securities, Merrill Lynch and DLJ.
