Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons and Total Voting Rights

The Company has been advised that Carlos Yuste, on 28^th January 2010, exercised options over 218,700 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 26p per share. Following this exercise, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 248,125 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.94% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company notifies that in conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules:

The Company's capital consists of 26,300,303 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 26,300,303.

The above figure (26,300,303) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
