The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 6 April 2021 at 14:39 under RNS No 5489U. 

Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest was incorrectly stated as being 413,735 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital. This figure does not include Restricted Share Awards made under the Company's Employee Incentive Plan. His total beneficial interest has been amended to 497,877 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital. 

All other details remain unchanged.

CORRECTION: Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them.

City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional and retail products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that our CEO Tom Griffith has exercised 5,000 share options at an exercise price of £4.03 per share.

Following these purchases, Mr. Griffith's beneficial interest is 497,877 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
