The Company was notified on 2 March 2009 that on that day George Robb, Non-executive Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). The price paid by Mr. Robb was 129 pence per Ordinary Share. This transaction takes Mr. Robb's total interest to 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
