Director Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that on 11 March 2009
George Robb, Non-executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').The price
paid by Mr. Robb was 127.5 pence per Ordinary Share. This 
transaction takes Mr. Robb's total interest to 45,000 Ordinary 
Shares representing 0.18% of the issued share capital of the 
Company.
