The Company has been notified that on 10 June 2010 Mrs Phillipa Jane Allison, wife of Douglas Allison, Finance Director, transferred her holding of 310,625 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Douglas Allison.

Following this transfer Douglas Allison and his connected parties are interested in 310,625 Ordinary Shares representing 1.2 per cent. of the issued share capital in City of London.
