Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Connected Persons and Total Voting Rights

The Company has been advised that Tom Griffith, on 6 September 2011, exercised options over 16,650 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 45p per share which were subsequently sold at £3.6537 per share. Following this exercise and subsequent sale, he and his connected persons hold a balance of 268,625 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
