The Company would like to advise that, on 19 April 2013, Barry Olliff, Chief Executive Officer, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP2.55 per Ordinary Share.

These transactions took place in London.

Mr Olliff's resultant shareholding in the Company is shown below:
